I grow younger and older with every day.

By each turn of Earth, by ever rise and set of the sun, I become someone new.

I am the river that is never the same and those I meet – those I will never meet, those that pass me by or catch a glimpse of me on a street and think nothing of significance – they are the stones that will never go untouched.

Whether it is in this life or the next, I will touch every stone. I will share a piece of myself with those around me, and they will do the same.

This cycle will continue until we all breathe the same breath, until we all share one unifying thought.

This thought might be something significant, something profound and unimaginably, irrevocably unforgettable. It might be one word with a thousand to describe it. It might be a thousand words that cannot be summarized.

Or perhaps it will be nothing significant.

I do not know what that thought will be.

All I know is that each day I am someone new.

That by each turn of Earth, by every rise and set of the sun, you become someone new.

First Day of Running | Second Day of Exercise

[10 Minutes:]

Warm-up Walk

[10 Minutes:]

Alternating - 1 minute running, 1 minute walking - five times

[10 Minutes:]

Cool-down walk

Just did that workout and holy crap!

Very intense cardio. You WILL be winded.

Made it through the first round all right, but the second round I totally half-assed. To be expected, I’m just jumping right back into exercise.
